LUCYPHONE FOR ANDROID ELIMINATES WAITING ON HOLD. GOOD RIDDANCE

Ever call a telephone company or some other vendor and sift through the unending prompts only to sit on hold for 30 minutes?  Yeah, I think we’ve all been there, as the temptation to chuck your phone at the wall continues to increase.  Well, have we got a solution for you.  Lucyphone for Android is about to toss you into a 180º turn and make you a little more sane in the process.  The application, once placed on hold, allows you to press ** in turn activating Lucy who will hold your position in the queue until a live person can pick up.  So feel free to clean the house, watch a show or cook a meal.  You could even listen to music if you want as the app displays the status of your held call along with your recent call history.  While in this status, you can either jump back in on the call or continue to wait for a live rep.  Hit the break for more info and to check out more pics of app’s UI.
