Side
Channeled System |
|
The
side channeled system comes with integrated aluminum side
channel, bottom rail and hood. The side channel
locks in the heavy bottom rail, imparting excellent wind
resistance. The shade can be operated by interior or
exterior crank, interior strap pull, or it can be motorized
and automated. The system can be used on large windows
(up to 16' width) and comes with white, bronze or anodized
frame color. |

Spring Loaded System...Skyline SL |
|
The
Atrium Skyline SL system uses spring tension to provide
a mechanism of control, and security from wind.
This results in an exterior shading system that is both
affordable and unobtrusive. The SL shades come
pre-mounted in an attractive, weather tight valance and
are very easy to install. The size of the SL
shades is limited to 9' in width and height.
Control is by an exterior cord pull or by simple hand
draw. |

Solar Screens |
|
Solar
screen panels are a cost-effective way to control heat
gain. Atrium makes these in two styles - heavy duty,
aluminum, framed screen panels, or soft=hemmed panels.
The framed panels are used in rectangular windows and
skylights and are made of Phifer Sunscreen, a lighter weight
fabric. The soft screens are primarily used for angle
top windows or as "tent' shades over multi-faceted
skylight systems. Fixed screens work beautifully to
shade large and high skylights in commercial buildings,
particularly where there is roof access. |

The "Classic"...Cord and
Pulley
|
|
The
traditional cord and pulley shade works best for many shading
applications, such as sloping sun rooms and porch
shades. The economical Atrium 'Classic' shades are made
of tough Sheerweave 4100, hemmed with Sunbrella edge binding
and double sewn throughout for years of trouble-free
service. Bungee hold downs are supplied with every
shade. |
